Earlier I recommended this service in several threads.
I am taking my words back.

I was using webshare.io for some time with GSA SER. One day they contacted me asking for the purposes I am using their service.
I clearly answered - for GSA. The answer - thanks, everything is OK. Two weeks later I extended my subscription for another month and a couple of days later proxies stopped working.
No email message, nothing - on their dashboard - account suspended.

After contacting support I got an answer that one of their proxies I used was blacklisted in spam databases, so they banned my account without any refund.
Webshare sent me a link to complain - it seems one of their IP was reported by someone for spam.
But it is the nature of any automated SEO tool.
Let's look at what offers webshare.io exactly:
- https://www.webshare.io/l/rankerx-proxy-server

They asked me to provide government ID verification to "maybe" unban the account.
But I don't share my government issued documents left and right to unknown companies/individuals over the internet.

So in conclusion webshare.io will ban your account and keep your money for a single IP report to any spam database.

About the service in general:
Almost all freshly bought IPs already are blacklisted and banned, the success ratio of SEO tools is very low due to this.

But it can legal trouble for them. That is why they are asking for id.

The problem is not in the ID.
If I send them it - what's next?
They will ban my account on a second day for another GSA submission?

If chargeback is an option, do that and move on. Most of these shady companies don't care about negative reviews.

You should do a chargeback. If they are selling GSA/RankerX proxies, the idiots should know the purpose of those tools is to spam the web.

Yes I agree. If you are selling a service with a limitation - write this on sales page instead claiming that the service works with forbidden SEO tools.

It is 33 euros. And I used different email with them (on which I had conversation with webshare) than on my CC provider. And my webshare account is inaccessible.
I think not worth try to prove things to get chargeback. Lesson learned.

I rarely find services who keep their word when it comes to their refund policy(except big companies) this is why I always prefer gaypal as a buyer so the process is simpler, I just talk to them and if they dont cooperate I simply escalate to PayPal and charge them back as PayPal will always take the buyers side whether they got their service/product delivered or not.

Recently I got scammed and Paypal closed the case to a scammer's favor:

I believe the age and repetition of the paypal account is important because sometimes i get the disputes auto approved in my favor especially for amounts lower than $50.
My account is maybe 15 years old.
I am using it constantly.
I won many cases before and I think they started to not like me.

Onetime I used webshare.io proxies for one of my adult tubes. It works smoothly until I decided to stop.

I have the exact same thing happening to me. Thought it was just me. Time to cancel.

Webshares TOS specifically bans scraping and “transmitting spam.” They are 100% a scam because they sell the proxies for that purpose but say you can’t do it in their TOS.

Really,
They are real troublemaker.
Often they create trouble, limit account, ask nonsense question.
Even make trouble after verify ID.
I refereed many customer to them and i regret it.
They are very arrogant and unprofessional.
It is no matter how long you using there service.

They have tons of positive reviews on Trustpilot. Good question - are they real?

They should be real because it's a very good service. It can be used with GSA, but not for posting or scraping. I know it's misleading as they were advertised for those tools, but only for limited tasks. This is also stated on their privacy page. I have gone through all of this and I never use this service for submissions. However, I still use it for checking indexes and other Google operators. So, I believe the reviews there are true. Their proxies change so fast that if you use their username/password format instead of API, you will face issues. Again, it's not good not only for submissions but in some cases for scraping as well.

I keep a set of webshare proxies for scraping Google via Scrapebox, and have done for years. They've actually been getting better at passing Google checks over the past couple of months - I'm not sure why. But yeah, I wouldn't be posting anything with them after reading so many reports of heavy handed bans.

Sorry for your experience that seems very annoying
