Desperate, need advice

Hello BHW. I recently made a site with blogger about technology. I put the ads with adsense and wrote some articles. I tried the method by sharing the blog posts in relevant groups(facebook, google+ etc). Hundreds of views came, but until now I've only earned 8 cents. I know that another method is SEO, but unfortunately I don't have money to invest. I feel desperate and I have run out of ideas. Does anybody know free methods to increase traffic and earnings? Thank you

Replace adsense with cpa offers.

You can find them on places like Peerfly, Clickbank, Commissionjunction. These are just three big networks. There are thousands of them. Look up any network you're applying for on affpaying.com before signing up to make sure they're legit. It's a big review platform for every affiliate network. Those 3 I mentioned have been around for a long time and are reputable.

Offervault.com is another website you might check out to look for offers.

Since you're writing about tech niche, why not promote anti-virus offers?

There's a sponsored offer there for Mcafee Anti Virus on the MaxBounty affiliate network that pays $30 per signup. Write up a post for securing your computer and talk about how mcafee anti virus keeps it safe. Include a link to the Mcafee offer so if people click it, Maxbounty will count it.

Do the same strategy to drive traffic you did before and you'll earn more than what ad"cents" is paying you.
 
There is no immediate magic solution mate. You gotta work SEO slowly and learn. If you need immediate results, IM is probably not the right business for you unless you had lots of $$ to invest in paid traffic.
 
the reason you're getting low cpc might be because of the visitors countries cpc rate, however the traffic is less, Increase more traffic from high cpc country ( cpc rates by country - https://talktopoint.com/google-adsense-cpc-rates-by-country ) and your blog is tech niche so as @uncutu said promote cpa offers, Even if your conversion rate is less also you would earn some decent affiliate income from cpa offers. and on/off page seo are must get some pbn/web2.0 links increase social signals which are pretty basics.

Adsense pays different depending on where your traffic is coming from, you want to target US, UK etc if possible.

Free methods = keep adding good content, remember it's not a sprint ( unless you're doing churn & burn ).

Yeah I am aware of that. I learned the method of sharing the blog posts on relevant groups, was wondering if I could find any similar/other method, thanks
 
If your in the tech niche find an upper end software to either generate click throughs for or straight up sell(Id aim for the ladder).

If you can find a $10,000 software to sell (yes they do exist) and get paid a percentage based on the product youll have a lot better of an opportunity to do really well.

Whenever I advertise or sell other peoples/companies products, my goal is to find the most expensive product that pays based on a percentage of that product.

Lets take two examples:

Example 1:
Source of income: $3/click Google adsense
Daily unique visitors: 500
Conversion rate: 1%
Profit per conversion: $3
Daily Profit: $15

Example 2:
Source Of Income: $10,000 software sales
Daily Unique Visitors: 500
Conversion rate: 1%
Profit per conversion(sale): 3% ($300)
Daily Profit: $1,500

Now that being said, the conversion rate will be less for the software BUT each conversion is ****100 times**** more valuable.

So, for google adsense to be as valuable as a bigger ticket item you would have to generate 100 times the amount of traffic.

Instead of trying to gain 100,000 daily visitors just switch the product you are wanting to sell and aim for 1,000.

You need to test a lot if you want to make money with adsense.
Put ads at different positions and test.
Blend ads with diff colours.
They are many things you should learn if you want to make money with adsense.
Why don’t you try CPA?
 
Try to work also on the CTR, make sure your website is adsense optimized..
