Creating Tier 2/3 Backlinks To Web 2.0 With No Content?

Hey guys,

Been salvaging golden nugget threads and just about to execute a backlinking strategy via Web 2.0's.

I have a couple of newb questions since this is my first time doing a tiered backlinking strategy with Web 2.0's:

1. Using GSA SER & Ranker X would it be worth creating tier 2 backlinks to the Web 2.0's without having any content on each yet?
2. For Web 2.0 content - are you still targeting low-competition keywords and optimising them or are they just related to the topic on your money site so you can link to it as naturally as possible?
3. Is there a way to automate creating Web 2.0's with software? (As in just the account creation side).

Yes target low competition keywords since they will rank easy due to high DA from sites

I have sort of put all the pieces together regarding Web 2.0's.

What's the fastest way to build them up? I had read that you should be posting Web 2.0's as regularly as you post articles:

For example - 1 article published = web 2.0 article for a backlink - how many articles could you make without over-optimizing and getting penalized?

My current idea of how the workflow would go as:
1. Write up and well on-page optimized blog post with low competition KW
2. Create numerous web 2.0 articles and link back to the article on niche website with varying anchor texts - using Ranker X (tier 1)
3. Create backlinks to those web 2.0 articles using GSA SER (tier 2)
4. Create even more backlinks to boost up those tier 2 links using GSA SER & Scrapebox (tier 3)

Also, in regards to many web 2.0's implement n0follow links - should I be focusing on d0follow only? To clarify what these backlinks mean - Google spiders crawl your Web 2.0's and with a d0follow link, they crawl through the anchor text to your money site, but without a d0follow link the crawl to your money site gets ignored?

It's not natural to focus on d0follow only. Focus on both. Make your web2.0s high quality, treat them as money site and you will see results.
