To Scritty or anyone knowledgable here

- *PLEASE* do answer my question, I'm begging you lol.
You emphasize a lot about adding more content on a weekly basis to web 2.0 sites, making unique and quality content is the way to go for SERPs. But what about 2.0 sites like HubPages, Squidoo, Youtube, you get the point. How can you "expand" your 2.0 using these? Making six quality posts on a 2.0 site like Blogger gives your site more authority, but making six hubs\lens on HubPages\Squidoo does not. Each hub is ranked individually and your it's not like your HubPages\Squidoo profile will get a higher link juice etc. So are you indirectly saying to use blog style sites like Wordpress, Blogger, etc so you can actually expand the site and give it more credibility instead of these "one-off" pages?
Also my blog style web 2.0 sites are mainly static. For example, if it's about a dog training niche, my sites will be organized into multiple pages only. Home, How to train a dog, Why train a dog, Contact Us, Privacy Policy.
So my question is when you add new content to your site, to your basically mean adding new pages or subpages or do you just make a new post like other bloggers do which then appears on your front page? And I don't know what content to regularly update. Following the same example, when initially creating the site, I would've given the content creation my all, making up every page I could possibly think of, and then later on I have no idea what else to add besides the old "latest research has shown that dog training is getting easier" and even that I can't be doing twice weekly\on a weekly basis. Get where I'm getting at?
And you're epic at BMD so I wanted to ask you whether using preloaded, high PR lists in BMD is sufficient or should I also use 1000s of scraped BM sites that are low PR and low quality? Are they worth the time and captchas for accounts\submission to them?
Also do you bother with high PR but no follow BM sites?
Thank you so much

I've been reading every post you made on BHW lol
