Just google "Do follow web 2.0 2014" and you'll get a good list.
This is the new black hat imo. It's not even black anymore, google is so strict it should be considered grey. And your quality should be so good that it shouldn't be considered black hat.
Build for the long term, not for a quick rank. One page 2.0s won't cut it. Add several pages for a site, or create a blog and add content atleast every couple months.
It's not cheap.

Guys, been asked about this thread several times over the past few weeks.
While the content creation tips are still bang up to date, the rest of it is a little old now. At least in need of revision. If I could edit the first post I would, but it won't let me.

Scritty- anyone searching "creating web 2.0s" on this forum hits on this thread (like me just now). Whilst I note you can't edit the original post perhaps you could add an update here or start a new updated thread.

You have an easy to understand style and a revision here or on a new thread will go down a storm I'm sure.

That's exactly what I should do.
So much has changed (some good some bad) as this is about the nuts and bolts of creating WEB2 then it needs updating.
In fact these days it would be just about creating a none self hosted (i.e not a PBN) 1st tier rather than just about WEB2.0.
Being just WEB2.0 now is foot printing yourself
