Create WEB2.0 Structures Yourself - A Simple Method

Hi Scritty.. I am pasting the message again.. Hope i will get an answer this time..pls pls pls

you are awesome.. too good..really i was unclear with concept and i was doing for so long and to be frank there were no changes at all

This is what i have got form your msg

unique keyword enrich article to top 6 web2.0 properties like hub pages, weebly, vox, livejournal, squiddo, blospot

No hyperlink on 1st web2.0 property and then on 2nd web 2.0 property one hyperlink will go to money website and another will go to 1st web2.0 property. Again on 3rd web2.0 property, one hypwerlink will be on money website and second link will go to 2nd web2.0 property and so on and in sixth web2.0 property we will close it by adding one hyperlink to money website and one will go to the 1st web2.p property

After that we will do social bookmarking for each web 2.o propert to make it more powerful and will submit a new article in articles website like ezine and in that we will have the hyperlink to the web 2.0 property which we are promoting. like this we will promoto those rest five web2.0 properties

In the above whole procedure will only use one keyword.

Pls pls correct me if i am wrong as i have to give demo on this

And yes all the profile on web2.0 will have pictures/logo , videos etc

The question here is how to interlink your wheel.. its obvious google is smart enough recognize simple open and closed wells.. So we need to make it as mu as possible difficult foe SE to catch us.

Does anybody knows how to interlink web20 thus to make it impossible for SE to realize all they are made just to promote our money site?

you can try and draw out a plan of yours make it subtle and complex enough that only you can understand, works for me.

One keyword is ok. I would prefer 2 or 3 variations of it.

"specialist dog training for puppies"

There's a long tail phrase (haven't checked it - it's probably crap)
but within it you have

"specialist dog training"
"dog training for puppies"
and
"training for puppies"

3 words id the very minimum I would try and rank for - but of course if the site becomes an authority you can trim this down

"dog training"
"puppy training"
"specialist dog"
"specialist puppies"
etc

They are all "included" in the original phrase and can be used as keywords - introducing "smaller" subsets of the initial long phrase keys as your site established itself...if you want.

Thanks for this! I'm wondering if there is a list floating around tells you the number of outgoing links that each Web 2.0 property from that list allows. I know Hubpages only allows 2 before they hit you with the "overly promotional" tag.

@Scritty,

How do you get still images to be used in you web2.0 properties and videos? Do you care about the copyright issues?

Great Post OP. Most people still dont get it that quality is mostly better then quantity when it comes to SEO

Scritty, big thanks man. Bookmarking the thread.

Couple Questions for you. You mention about creating one video and using that in the system.

Have you used any video backlinking methods/software similar to article submissions for backlinks?

Great tip on the dictate software tried it last night and love it content is flying out.

you said this in one of your posts
What's more, you are better off adding to an existing web2.0 site than adding a new one to compete for the same word on the same domain.
Wordpress.com likes multi post sites, as does Live journal, blogger and all the rest.

I was wondering if you could elaborate? Do you mean if I have two keywords "keyword 1" and "keyword 2"
I have created a wordpress site for keyword 1. Should i then add keyword 2 bedrock article the video and the link article onto the keyword 1 wordpress site?

Final question, i know you mention using the web2.0 to link to your money site. Do you add any other links to your money site? I.e. AMR blast? high PR blog comments, High PR forums etc ?

This has been a real help

For any of you MAC users I would suggest getting 1Password for the form filling. It makes site creation very quick and has the benefit of storing all the login details for your sites.

thanks

@Scritty,

I have had some trouble with this in the past. I ranked on a Warcraft fan site for a the title "Sexy Draenei" I had no chuffing idea how this happened - it was a picture I had found and used straight from google images without even changing the title.

It was a painting rather than a screenie and the guy who did it emailed me and asked me to remove it. I did (I replaced it - no biggie)

To get around being found I use "Irfanview" Not because it's brilliant or does everything - but because it's really quick and small and free.

I set it as my default picture application for all JPG's BMP's. PNG's and GIF's

Load in a picture - drag a rectangle around the bit you want to keep.
Cntrl Y cuts it
Cntrl R allows you to resize.

Save as a unique (and SEO optimized name) and "Bob's your aunties live-in-lover"..

It's then unique enough to never be a problem (unless you are really very unlucky)

You can also just press Cntrl G to "greyscale" it as well. It's never going to be tapped as duplicate content after that - and the whole job took 15 seconds.

I was wondering if you could elaborate? Do you mean if I have two keywords "keyword 1" and "keyword 2"

Good question, I can clear this up - at least how I do it.

Say I'm creating a 6 spoke hub, I would target 1 or 2 keywords or phrases per hub and maybe 4 or 5 keywords and phrases altogether.

From then on it's not just about key phrases. I will add content quite often.
I now concentrate on about 18-20 sites with a small ring of WEB2 sites around each one (never more than six - average is probably 3 or 4), and spend 1 or 2 hours on each main site a week. I will add 1 or two posts to the main site and a post to some or all of the "hub" sites". I will link to the new work on my own site -or sometimes just to authority pages.

Each "hub" site update is quick to do - I bookmark them and use a firefox plugin to log in to most of them very quickly (see the first post) I then whiz out 5 minutes worth of dictated content and a picture (300 words and a piccy) I might also add a Youtube video - If I'm REALLY bored I might make one (I can whiz one out in Camtasia in about 40 minutes edited and with titles)

After 3 months these hub sites, wordpress, livejournal or whatever - really start to rank. I have some niches where I'm 4 or 5 of the sites on page one for some pretty decent terms - all unique content on every site (using speech to text)

It really doesn't matter much about "link rings" or careful structuring. If each link in the chain is big enough - the "Big G" seems to take a different view on it.

Sort of "well it's a 50 post site on Wordpress.com - which is bigger than 99.9% of all other sites on this - so It's getting kudos whether it likes it or not"

Fripperies like the "interlinking structure" used really stop mattering once all the links on your chain are authorities in themselves. It's only when a link ring is made of piss poor 1 post crap that Google switches on it's "lookout for the self promoter" algorithms

So every day I take a look at one or two of my sites. Make a post or two, add a few pieces to the link rings. I start at 9:00am and can finish at 1:00pm with plenty of new content posted for two sites if I use speech to text. I then turn on my linking systems (BMD, SLS, RSS submit or whatever) then look at my Xrumer subscription that lets me make 5x400 "mini blasts" per day - and then go to the gym or the cinema. Looking forward to True Grit this week.

After 18 months most of my link rings have 30-40 posts on them. I don't make "more" I make "bigger and better".

Funnily enough - there comes a point with some of them when other people star linking to you anyway if you have good quality content. I've got links all over the place from speople just linking to the info on my sites.

It's not overnight - it's a little slow.

20 sites might take 6 months to really kick in. And you could never do this much work if you were "micro nicheing" with 200-300 main sites. But with 20, it's just a matter of routine and a little disciplice

(whiiiiiiiiiiipppppp.....slaaaaaaaaaaaaaassssshh Yeehaa!)

I'd give rep to all of you who contributed to this thread if I could ;)
One thing I'm stuck on - By bookmarking a web 2.0 site do you mean having for example a digg account and submitting the web 2.0 link ? Did I get this right ?

Man this is one of the better threads I have read in a while. You are certainly the man scritty...so I have just a couple questions before I bookmark this thread and pass out.

When your talking about micro niches you said 800 searches a day min...what do you consider a medium sized site?

I was planning on doing something similar to what your talking about with having 20ish medium sites. I am just wondering if what I consider medium needs to be taken up a notch or two.

Right now am using AMR, scrapebox and DFB but have mostly been pointing the articles directly at the money sites and blasting the articles. I had a feeling there were some things I could be doing different, this thread just cleared up a shit load for me. Thanks a million (and yes I hit the thanks button people).

Thanks Scritty, i wanted your opinion on a slight twist to your system.

using your method I beleive the web2.0 site would be targeting keywords on a specific topic i.e. warcraft. Focused on 2 keywords max.

Do you see an issue with creating a more generic web 2.0 site targeting multiple niches and keywords. i.e. one site that has articles on diet, then warcraft etc. and focused on multiple keywords. Lots of content on the site and it linking out to multiple sites?

I wanted your opinion on how much link power the sites relvent content has vs only the page.

The thought process being you spend 6 months creating some powerful web2.0 sites that you can then quickly use to link to new sites and pages?

thanks

Couple more good questions.

Bookmarking. I would use a tool or something. BMD and BMW can take time to set up with 50 accounts - but if you bookmark a lot (and create a lot of content) you are oging to need them.

Why?

Because using the same account to bookmark over and over again (essp on the same site) will get it banned as a "self promoter".

50-100 accounts across 20-30 sites (so several thousand accounts altogether) means you can pretty much bookmark with impunity unless you go really crazy.

Remember the more bookmarks - thye more links

I bookmark the external content to get it found NOT the site itself (well - now and again - but not regularly)

For me bookmarking is all about indexing good links not link creation.

As for generic websites. I think you can spread this a little with subdomains.
Rewview sites are a great example of this.

Say you buy "electonicreviews.com" domain.

you could then have

bluray.electronicreviews.com
HDTV.electronicreviews.com
nintendo3d0.electronicreviews.com

The slightly generic main URL gives you a little scope to use subdomains to hit quite a few toipics while keeping a good URL to search match.

I wouldn't go for

dogtraining.electronicreviews.com...cause that would be crap.

The more generic the main URL, the more flexible you can be. The downside is you will have to work that much harder in the first place.

If your main URL is "davesreviews" you could review anything - but getting the site ranked in the first place is going to be a lot harder.

Good match URL should not be underestimated.

Remember - a decent hosting account will let you have 10-12 pretty big sites with plenty of subdomains before it starts to make a fuss.

You are always better off buying a new domain name for a couple of bucks than trying to hammer the domain name you already have with inapropriate content.

How much time would you waste trying to get the wrong domain name to rank for something. Days? Weeks? How much would you spend on tools and content?

When the right domain name will cost you $10 and just add it to your hosting account, and it will rank with a fraction of the effort.

For me - this is a no brainer.

thanks scritty I actual meant the generic sites for the web2.0 backlink sources.

i totally agree its far cheaper and easier to use a keyword matching url to rank quickly.

Gotcha.

Yeah I would use the basic ones. They rank well and have a good diversity.
I would definitely change the basic theme if you can, add a bio and all the rest of it. Post regularly.

You'll stand out from the crowd by doing this alone - generic or otherwise.

Unless the Nuke's "Magic submitters" or SEObots of this world start creating sites with more than the basic bare minumim of customization and personalization..they are going to be going down the plughole fast.

I keep saying it but 5 well optmized and active web2 sites - with dozens of posts and decent visitor levels will do you far more good than hundreds of shitty "1 post, no bio", link farm sites that get deleted for being spotted for what they really are...self promoting garbage.

I think this to the extent that maybe...just maybe...SEO nuke has not gotten that much worse at all - perhaps the search engines and the WEB2 admins have just got that much smarter at either ignoring or deleting crappy one or two post "nothing" web2 sites.

I read crud like this all the time..

"Solar panels are the future, they save you money. I recently bought a solar panal really cheap - it was great. Don't you think solar panels are great? I do!
Anyway I got it from this site called "thesunshinesouttamyass.com" if you want to save money and ......" (another 200 words of waffle)

Then a picture of some idiot holding a solar panel.

Wordpress/Livejournal et al, deletes crap like this these days like there ain't no tomorrow. Either that or Google just ignores it and it addds no value what-so-ever. Even with 100% unique content.

Unique content or not - it spots it as self promoting valueless drivvel - and ignores it - supposing that the main site admins haven't deleted it first.

Now having a site about a soalr panel project. How to fit it, where to get subsidies, expected savings, differences between various materials, outgoing links that are NOT SELF SERVING to authorities as well as to your own site.

Comments and reviews. Thoughts on government policy on solar panel and renewable energy in general.

All this spread over 10-12 posts with maybe 6-8 links (total) to a few different pages of your site in it...

Eventually - if the content is good enough, and the topic "unspammy" enough..you're going to find this free site on page 1 for some of the terms you are after - and Google and whoever won't give a flying feck about the complexity of your linking structure. It's an authority site linking to other authority sites.

Jobs-a-good-un

The hard work is linking to these sites. That's where to spend your hard earned cash, not on wanky tools to make these sites - it's quick and simple and a darn site more reliable to do it yourself than rely on some tool that the author needs to update every 4 days because WEB2 sites keep altering the sign up procedure slightly.

Ok great thanks Scritty, so the plan is to create a WEB2.0 Authority site. to bring the juice to the money maker?

By the way thanks again for the dictate software idea. You guys reading the thread give it a go. I hate writing content but with dictate I've done over 20 articles unique in the last 48hrs :)

thanks again for all the great advice scritty :)

Thanks for this great thread Scritty.
What's your view on setting up your own Web 2.0 sites. MU Wp for instance? I have some aged domains, some with PR, on different hosts that I am thinking of using. With all the backlinking to articles I post they should get boosted PR and SERPs. Could also maybe let others in on a strictly manual submission basis, or by invitation only, but imagine that could turn into a moderation nightmare.
Anyone got any thoughts?
cheers

It does become hard work. Link Farm Evolution does this, and it doesn't really pay for itself long term (it uses WPMU and other MU sites).

Look at the model used by "build my rank" who allow others to comment on a private network of sites. You need a lot (hundreds) preferably on different class C's or better - most need PR.

I'm a fan of getting a subscription to a xrumer service for getting cheap links farmed out. THose that let you customize your anchor text and give you some control over quantity and placement offer a deent deal. I've seen some good services for $67 a month.

High PR article sites and WEB2 - then cheap as chips links and bookmarks for the indexing.

A WPMU setup would mean spending all day playing admin to a bunch or morons who did their darndest to spam the ass off your sites unless you stopped them.

Scritty

Thanks Scritty and all who added to this post - it's clarified what I was thinking about micro and midi sites. Less and better has to be the way forward.

This is my absolute first steps in black hat, having been concerned with building good sites and hoping people would find them up till now (ha ha like THAT worked!)

So anyway, I've got these 10 or so unique fairly large sites that are between 1-3 years old that get decent natural traffic - now I'm gonna use the ScrittyTM system and see how it goes.

Tonight, 6 lovingly crafted W2.0 properties and 3 days from now a bit more content.

Then I give a little tickle-blast to these 2.0s
