CPM goes down after trafficking

Hey guys,

Say my CPM in a geography is 10$, why after directing traffic from this geographic country, my cpm goes down ?

Can you explain more? from where you send traffic to your youtube video?

On youtube I think the CPM is an estimate, depends on what the advertisers pay. So it might vary, right ?

My English is bad as well

When I entered college I test high in reading and math but write at 6 grade level

Language is not my strength

Spanish I can listen to it but not speak it, even though I live on the border of Mexico
