If you´re going to promote CPA offers through SEO then you need to focus on learning how to build a blog with a tone of content around those offers.
Before diving into anything, take into account Google launched a huge update last December 2020 deeply affecting affiliate sites. So, you just cannot set up a site and publish hundreds of articles targeting commercial intent keywords. Otherwise, you will find yourself into trouble down the road.
