CPA redirect to download

I have a wordpress blog that offers free tattoo images to its visitors, they will get a thumbnail image and to get the full version they have to click a button which would then popup a CPA offer with say "please enter your email to get the full version" something like that, when they finished the offer redirect them to the download of the full image.

Does that make sense?

Thats the bit i`m stuck on, does anyone have an idea on how to acheive this or anywhere i could look?

Link the thumbnail to a page with the bigger image and put a gateway on that page to protect it.
