Cpa on Facebook - Methods ( Not Get Banned )

I have a Huge Traffic News website with more than 300K fans on FB , I'm looking for methods to promote a offer on my Facebook page with a Iframed APP that shows a Article Review from my main website talking about the offer and suggesting with a simple " Click Here " to this offer .

so i have read the "Facebook Promotions Guidelines" and i found that :

- Promotions on Facebook must be administered within Apps and Canvas Page .

so my question : if i start this campaign using my App with a Canvas page and this Canvas page contain a iframe of one of my articles ( Review about the offer and a link ) , they will Block my website ? or they will Ban me for Violation ?

and if i start a PPC campaign to the article review with the link to the offer , they will ban me ?

It seems to me you should be in the clear, but you never know what facebook will do, despite their clearly outlined rules.
