I have concerns about copyright issues and i cannot find the right answer.

I would like to buy a software and exposing it's functionality via a web site.

For instance: i have bought a .rar activator from company A, installed it on my server and exposed it's functionality via my website. People will be able to upload their files and get the .rar archived file for free. The archiving process will be done on my server using the tool bought from company A.

Would i broke some copyright rules?

Not a copyright issue but you are likely to be breaking the terms and conditions of the software use.
Check the licensing/tos of the software.

So installing on my server and using through my site UI will break rules. Interesting how they could find out?

U should worry about this stuff only if ur website would be a huge success. Companies only go after the ones that make serious money on their backs.

I think this could start from 100k per month or something, isn't?

well as far as I know there are quite many sites for this process already so you won't earn that much money.
