How to make sure that my IP address is unique every-time I create a new email address and a web2.0 based on that?
What tools are used to mimic this on a single PC/Internet connection?
Do I have to maintain that unique IP thing also while posting content to those web2.0s or is that just for the signup process?

Pretty decent guide. I like to use web 2s but have them built out to a very high standard so they can be part of a very good quality tier 1 Backlink profile.
Then the web 2s can be powered up with tier 2 links and you can have powerful, contextual links pointing to your money site that you also have full control over.

another thing to add: it is very worth of your time to create whole bunch of web 2.0, even on same platforms, and then let them age. I have web 2.0s that I created 2 years ago and still have not linked to my money site!! i add a post to them every few months and when I fee the need, I then add the link.
