Cloaking penalty

Hello Guys,


I need to understand this. I have somebody who can give traffic to a new website I made (say XYZdotcom) using cloaking technique via PPC to generate calls for my business.
XYZdotcom is new domain unrelated to my other websites but some pages of this page have duplicate content of my good websites which I never want to get banned or deindexed. Duplicate content is mainly in disclaimer, terms and conditions, refund policy etc.


This new website is not registered in my name, not registered on same IP address as that of my other sites. I pay for hosting of this new XYZdotcom website on different host than my other sites.


What is the penalty if cloaking is found by google?


1. Can they ban/delndex XYZdotcom? (I think they will)
2. Can they find who owns this website by contacting host and then work to find my other websites by simple google search? (yes, I am business owner listed in google and my sites have my business name)
3. Can they find if content of this site is matching some other site and then they ban/delist other sites as well from google after verifying i own them? They can always do whois to find this out.
4. Can they ban me or my business permanently from running adwords or having any of my site or my business site showup on google? Domain names have my business name and my name.
5. Can they call toll-free number on XYZdotcom and find out which company is getting call and then they ban that company and it's all sites from google?


I am not running adwords nor my payment method is being used. But i obviously give money to those who run it.


So, you can understand now, I just want to understand whether google can force to sky to fall on head

I would go ppv to target keywords for your site, it's faster that way, also try looking out outbrain, etc, I wouldn't do cloaking because you want something long-term/recurring and sustainable, least effort, most profits.

One thread is enough, no need to make a second one.

I have other sites for long term. This new site is only designed for cloaking to get traffic from google ads. Google does not allow our ads to run normally and we only run on bing.

What is worst that can happen when they find out about cloaking?

If they will find out about cloaking then they will ban your xyz site and adwords account holder who is working on behalf of you, he will be banned from running ads for lifetime and will not able to use his payment method and address for any adwords campaign ever however you will be safe as your information is not link to the site.
