With my experience you can't do anything. This happened to me once few years back & pp couldn't do anything. The buyer paid the money directly to my paypal.
Well, I have proof of the buyer telling me on FB that he is going to file a fake paypal complaint! With my experience you can't do anything. This happened to me once few years back & pp couldn't do anything.
The buyer had paid with a family members cc & filed a charge back stating unauthorized transaction.
Doesn't matter. The cc company will deal with the chargeback, and they won't come to you to ask or verify.W

Hmm ok. Well, my main problem at present is that I have another client's payment that is facing the '21 days curse' and it will be lifted on 26th June. So if I don't do anything and lose then paypal will remove that money. Any idea what I can do to save that money?Doesn't matter. I don't know what's the minimum fraud period for PayPal. But if one of your payments is under dispute, the other is not hampered.Hmm ok. Well, I'm hopeful of winning.Chat logs, email screenshots are not valid proofs. It's on the cc company & they mostly favour their client the buyer in this case.
