Checking OFFERS with 100$ and Facebook Ads

Im want starting blog here.

With simple idea: take 100$ and 1 offer then i start ads in facebook.
Will be provide detailed info about:
-Results
-Creatives
-Software what im using

And in this thread im don't anything sell.

i have some experience in facebook marketing.
and tested some software.

example for monitoring info for ads (without login on each account). im firstly use fbtool but there design from 90-s

Basic information about "how work with facebook" or "how install software" because all information is in free access.

Firstly im need find partner's system (PS in future) who provide me offers, and choice 3-5 offers to testing ads.
My Rules: im need spend for each 3-5 offers = 2-3x paid lead (example PS pay me 6$ per confirmed lead, im need spend from 12 to 20$ for testing interest from customers)

Than if im see what customers have interest - and conversion but im dont have green ROI (profit) im continue spend to 10-15x from paid lead with other creatives.

and create 1-3 creatives for each offer for start testing.
