Well hopefully by now you've overcome that predicament that you were facing.
In case it happens again, the best advice would be to become nocturnal, life is much more interesting at night.
If that's not for you then just hit your head as hard as you can into something solid, like a brick wall, by doing this you'll be out like a light.

To be honest, when I can't sleep. I sleep on my couch haha, I feel like the reason why I can't sleep at night is because my body is so used to how my bed feels that I don't feel comfortable on it anymore (x

Haha, that's the exact same thing that I do. I have to start with a larger number though, usually 2000. 100 just isn't enough for me. I have horrible insomnia. Counting backwards really works though.

No! it's better to count from 1 000 000 to 0, even if you don't fall asleep, it's another day
