Cant sleep! LOL
Its 5:36am and cant sleep!
Its rare that happens, any tip?
Buy hemp oil...im not kidding i started drinking it few days ago because its really healthy but i cant stay awake
Hit the gym, jog for 40 minutes a day. You'll fall asleep soon as you hit the bed after a good sweat session.
30 minutes jogging, after that you should be able to sleep.
Seeing that its 5:36 AM, Id suggest that you forget about sleeping and get on with your work. That way you get an early start. Going to sleep now will probably cause you to over sleep ( at least thats what happens to me ). If you still want to go to sleep keep looking at this
I used to stay up until 6-7 am since my psychotic ex girlfriend wanted me around all the time (over the internet, never doing that again.)
I just had to force myself to stop what I was doing and get to bed a little earlier every night, taking some supplements that make me sleepy like magnesium.
I also noticed if I skip a shower I'm not as tired.
Funny you should mention it since I'm up at 4:40 am and shouldn't be. I keep falling off track but sometimes, business takes up my day.
Thankfully it's the weekend.

dont go to sleep until 10pm tonight, you'll get back to a normal sleep schedule.
Jogging or any type of workout will help you to sleep. I can sleep anytime when I want to and can stay awake as long as i want to.

Was in bed, now ill watch some videos or sth, wait till its bright, get hreakfast, wait till 10pm and sleep

Seriously....no one is immune to that. Force yourself off the computer and lie in bed with her music on, or there's always alcohol....mmmm rum.

Do you really WANT to sleep then?
I am currently experiencing a bout of insomnia, and I like working. That means that I know that I can put in 12-16 hr work sessions. One can make a pretty decent website in that amount of time. I have a to do list with different kinds of websites that I can build. If I feel that I will not be able to sleep, I can go from domain purchase to launch of the site in one day. If I did not have insomnia I would have to split up a build into 2 day sessions, and that would make me lose focus.
Like many said jogging would be the best plan, I fixed my sleep when i started doing it everyday for 50minutes.
It's all about brain states. I have a friend with insomnia, after he mastered meditation he never had any problems because he had a sharper understanding of his mind. Since it is a one off though : just have a quick jog.
Easy. When you eventually do get to sleep, force yourself to get up early with an alarm. Then come night-time you'll be tired as F.
