You can probably buy crypto with Payoneer on some of the third-party sites (localbitcoins, etc) so maybe that is your go to.
I contacted the support and they said it’s something with my card
now trying to get help from payoneer

Tell them it's for crypto they will tell you that it is not allowed to purchase using there mastercard.

I have no idea I contacted them once awhile about the issue and they showed me there privacy and stuff like that stating purchasing crypto is not allowed using there mastercard, you cannot also purchase using third party if it's traced back to your payoneer account they will disable. Am not sure if they changed there rules but I asked them before 5 months or so.

It's against their tos to can't buy crypto or precious metals with your card

Try paxful or localbitcoin to buy crypto with payoneer. There you make deal with third part, website is just connecting you with that third party.
