Hey Everyone I am currently creating a website but I am trying to create, something like whats shown on the picture below, on my homepage but I don't know how to do this. I want people to narrow down what people are looking for on my site without them trying to look through my site. Can someone help me with this and I am willing to pay for this.

Not exactly sure what you mean but when you're using Wordpress you can remove categories, recent posts, etc. from the sidebar.
Put some special offers in there or links to posts where you want your visitors to go.

I think I miswrote it. I have several items that I am going to sell on my site and I want people to narrow down to the item their looking for using that drop down that is in the pictures above. This has nothing to do wordpress. Sorry for the confusion.

I think your looking for some kind of tracking system to see what pages your visitors stay on the longest and what keywords they use to find your site etc. no?

If that is the case, maybe try installing "wp stats" or google analytic.
