This. The internet is pretty dog-eat-dog. Better to buy first and ask questions later if you found a domain you like.
Just as an example - If you searched those domains on GoDaddy and walked away for an hour before purchasing, there's a good chance they would snipe them in the meantime - they used to be notorious for that, not sure if they still are, but wouldn't be surprised.
To answer your original question - you should definitely be fine, I'd buy them and I err on the side of caution when it comes to copyright and trademarks.
However, anyone can get sued for pretty much anything. Frivolous lawsuits are filed daily. It's a matter of whether or not you'll get into any trouble or if you're in the right, and it will probably cost a lot in lawyer fees to find out who's right.
