Business Manager Account Limit -1

My business manager is currently locked on ad account creation limit -1. I have made 3 payments on the single ad account that is associated with my BM but the limit is still there. I have never faced this issue and the ad account limit used to jump to 5 as soon as I used to make the payment on my account but now it is stuck to 1 even after multiple payments. I have talked to FB support and they don't have a clue about.

Is there anyone who knows what is wrong with my account and why is this happening? Is there a way to solve this and get the ad account limit to 5.

Keep writing them .. maybe after 24-48 hours they might open
 
I have already talked to two of their executives. They don't know why this is happening. They have even tried charging my card again to see if that will solve the issue but it didn't. They are checking with the back-end team.

I am concerned because the same thing has happened to two of my accounts yesterday. So I am not sure if this is something that fb has implemented or not. When I try to create a new account it gives me an error saying make a payment in your BM to remove the limit or verify your business.
 
Did you also have failed payments?
But basically, just cntinue advertising it will increase automatically.

No failed payments. It doesn't used to work like that up until last week. Now 3 of my accounts are stuck with the same issue. The error that I get on creating a new account ask me to make a payment in BM to remove the account creation limit.

Whenever dear FB has any suspicions on you, they don't raise the Ad accounts limit.
There are 2 future scenarios here:
1. they'll raise the Limit to 5 after you spend 300-400$
2. they wouldn't raise the limit till you don't verify your Business

I'm talking out of my experience.
 
Wanted to created new thread but i see this thread already created regarding ads account creation limit.
I have a new facebook business account. I see following under business info:


Ad Account Creation Limit:1


I want to create ad account for myself and add few client ad account. Con i do that or do i need to get the ad account creation limit increased before i add client ad account?
Facebook contact/support is totally closed and its redirecting to help articles pages.
 
This means that ads can be run without a limit
