Bought domain with bad history, what to do ?

Bought domain for iptv but it was used in 2020 and had some DMCA complaints, now my website (domain) isn't showing in google search results. I've seen some other iptv sites transfer their home page from example.com to example.com/offer after DMCA problems. Any advice on what I should do ? As of now only my blog is showing in search

if you bought it at least 60 days ago, you can already sell it on godaddy auctions, bhw, namecheap auctions, sedo, etc
if someone buys, you transfer the domain
 
I got it like 8 months ago.. Is wp plugin enough to migrate the webiste to another domain ?
