@bornthisway are you actually saying if you get 10,000 or more pageviews you will be approved using blogspot for adsense? am i hearing this right?

I don't think traffic is mandatory to get approved. My website get approved when it was only one month old with no traffic. May be 200 lifetime page views. Now a days, Google only focuses on quality. Make sure to have About me(us), Contact us and privacy policy page. These three are a must. The number one most important factor is quality of your articles. I had 12 articles,each 500+ words when I got approved. Your articles must be unique and grammatically correct. Never copy paste an article. Use a nice theme, and also make sure to use royalty free images. If you do these steps, I am sure that you will be accepted.
Again remember that traffic doesn't matter in AdSense (for a blog), focus on quality of your articles.

i think if you buy adsense account it will ban easily while withdraw or verification steps

That's right but it's not a spoken rule is what I am pointing out. You don't need more than 10,000 views on a blogger to get into adsense. I am 100% sure about it. I got my adsense approved in 2010 for 1125 views. I recently got a friend/partner into adsense with hardly 7900+ views but note one thing that they were all static and organic.
PS: someone suggested to have policy page , nah. You don't need that on BLOGGER! to get approved into adsense

My wordpress site recently get approved by Google Adsense after 2 weeks verification. I have 5 blog posts (4 x 500 words, 1 x 1000 words). I added the pages like Terms of services, privacy policy, contact page & About page.

Yes you can apply for adsence account. adsense approve depend on many factor. some country not allow adsense. only us visitor are profitable for adsense.

I have not rapidly promote my site yet & rank coz later on i realize that the keywords i am ranking is very competitive.
Now i have through pinterest (few pin on blog's photo with keywords), Twitter (few tweet) Google + ( few), Tumblr (a photo with some keywords). For Long Term, it will takes a lot of efforts and time to rank. So i plan to find some less competitive keywords to rank initially.
