Can Any one tell me the best black hat techniques for YouTube channel to Optimize views or to Boost channel within a week or push the channel into recommendations.

Im pissed off with Organic Activities in last 7 Yr

Try this.

List your video as private, get some HR Views, make it public. Let me know if that worked for you.

For me nowadays it's better to use YT's own ad tools rather then most blackhat methods. This may vary with each niche.
HR views might still be worth it overall but way less effective than before, from my experience.
 
I still do my own HR Views and use services from the market places. However, quality varies a lot.

You will have to test for yourself. It's a method which can be hit and miss. Can work well for smaller niche but competitive niches, not so good.

Although I read your post about the whole issue and I do agree with the fact that retention panel sometimes malfunctions...Do u know any better alternative to buy High retention views?
