Bings Ads Problem

Hi, my problem is that I live in Morocco and I can't add my credit card or paypal as a payment method for Bing Ads so I can't use Bing Ads to promote offers because There is no payment method for moroccan citizens

Why don't you try using a VCC to add credits to your bing accounts?
 
Even they don't accept payoneer.Do they accept vcc?
 
I just signed up with Bing and all I have are pre-paid accounts apparently. Just talk to support and tell them that if you can't enter a payment method you're going back to Google. I have found that they are very interested in getting people to try Bing Ads out and stay. Even though I have pre-paid cards they accepted it anyway even though their system wouldn't accept it initially.

I don't know if the place you live is the main problem. They do accept Paypal if you pre-pay (deposit money first then run ads)
 
People also use Bing coupons to add credits to their accounts. Have you tried that OP?
 
bings ads is waste of time using it cause me never had success with it mostly tried fb ads well if u do use vcc of bing ads then they will sure detect it and freeze acc so be safe mate
