Bing Ads Auto Suspension *Testing*

This is really getting on my nerves. Let's get to the bottom of this together. Post your setups (if you want) and let's figure out how to get rid of the constant suspensions without any reasons. My personal setup is below.

- Fresh VPS or VM
- Virgin residential proxy or mobile hotpot (Switching airplane mode for new ip)
- .edu email (Probably doesn't matter by why not)
- Payment method: VCC added to paypal account.

The "payment" goes through successfully and I'm able to create ads but a few hours later I'm banned.

For one I know the issue isn't the ads or keywords as I created random ebay listing ads and still got banned. My proxies are high quality and if not my mobile hotspot should work.

I'm almost sure it's something to do with my payment method, but it doesn't quite make sense to me.
Bing can't know if I'm using a prepaid card via PayPal right?

Another thing that might be the problem is I sign up with a fresh browser (No history, no cookies)

What do you think is the problem?

Do you make New PayPal using virtual credit card ? and then put in Bing method ?

Or did you use VCC (Virtual Credit Card) Directly ?

did you use Billing address unique ? Mean from which place you get address and use for Bing ?

You put phone number fresh or ever use it before ?

Actually Bing take action on many things. So you did not clear in your post about things that you use for Bing account.

It's a new PayPal with a few tiny transactions just so I don't get the "sorry, we weren't able to set up preapproved payments at this time" bullshit from Paypal.
I did not use vcc directly that's obviously a instant ban while with Paypal your card information is hidden.
I used a random valid US address as my VCC doesn't have AVS.
I type in anything for the phone number since I don't need to verify it anyways.

You must wait 1 or 2 days to put the payment method.

1) Create the account.
2) Wait 1 or 2 days.
3) Put payment method and run ads.

You should wait for 24 to 48 hours after put payment in Bing and then use it. Then maybe work for you

please can u let us know how you solved this problem?
i have created bing accounts before and got flagged instantly
i contacted the suport and nothing was done

Did anyone find a solution? Or what failed tests did you get?
