2. Has to post a DETAILED review in 1-4 days, after thoroughly testing the App.
3. If the review is one sentence, or not provided at all - after the licensee is granted. Or if a member has not fully tested/reviewed all functionality and does not communicate in a timely matter - the license will be revoked.
