I tried to start the bot on my 2nd PC, but when I double-click on GMT2 start icon, nothing happened. Tried with Admin Rights, the same. Tried with compatibility option: Windows XP service pack 3, it doesn't work.

I want to give gmt2 beta one more try, but I keep getting these errors:

2017-08-14 19:55:56.8517|Error|InstagramLibrary.Http.SimpleIgApiRequest||Response protocol error: 429
2017-08-14 19:55:56.8517|Error|InstagramLibrary.Http.SimpleIgApiRequest||Response error received: {"message": "Please wait a few minutes before you try again.", "status": "fail"}


Anyone know what may be causing them? The same account above works fine under FollowLiker, even as of 10 seconds ago. So, it's not that the account is blocked by Instagram.

I believe it may have to do with trying to reset the cookies, etc., used by gmt2. I reinstalled gmt2, but I keep getting the errors above.

I am encountering this error again. I had this too on 12 August, but it got fixed the next day.

Just a text document and you write the instagram user names one per row(as a column). I would make a screenshot and show you but I am currently on my phone. If you need any help let me know I'll try and help you :)
 
I'm still getting "usefullUtilitiesLibrary.HwidEngine" exception error at the login, anyone else?
 
Sorry to be suspicious since OP seems like a good guy but are y'all sure we should trust this? A free bot seems to good to be true, even if it will be paid at some point. And if you scan the latest setup.exe, the VirusTotal has 19/63 detections, quite a few more than in the link OP posted. I'm too new to post links but just try scanning it for yourself if you don't believe me.

A lot of reputable antiviruses are saying it's a trojan...can anyone explain why these could be false positives and we should still use this?

He is the owner of the previous bot version, which is for sale. In top of that, this could work for him in the form of "New people try it, like it, get used to it, those who start to earn money wont complain when it becomes a paid tool, no complains of malfunction since it is a free beta, and they get a free user base who is already loyal to the product"

Right, and I'm not tryna deny any of that. All of that makes sense, and he's clearly putting work into a apparently solid product here. However, that doesn't explain the multitude of detections, and the quite real possibility that he's trying to make extra money of his "beta testers" by dropping some FUD rat or something that's going to do work for him in the background. It could install itself at the same time as the actual bot and start doing nefarious things, and we'd never be the wiser.

I think you're over-reacting. OP has been regularly updating his bot when he was around and he said he's going on vacation. Give him some time to come back and I'm sure he'll take care of all the issues as usual. False-positives are very common nowadays. And hwid errors are related to the licensing system, maybe some of his server(s) are down.
 
you have set the app to only allow a number of accounts only , how many instances can we run the app on the same computer?

if you can not handle the time factor or buggy problems as it free go and buy a dirrent app or shut up and wait for free updates ...

good point, however could also be the he packed the executable with a packer that is also used by malware, which is quite common.
haven't tried the bot, so don't really care if its infected or not, just thought i'd mention the packer situation... but besides of that just always fun to see how people easily compromise their security for free stuff lol
 
Is there anyway to have the bot scrape a list for you then export it to a txt file? Is there any function similar to this?
 
I have been testing the bot and so far in two days of running I have gained around 150 followers. I have been running it 24/7 however. Is this a bad idea? Should I schedule it to run 10-12 hours a day or am I good with it running 24/7. My settings are 45 follows per hour / 600 per day. I have had zero bugs. Great work!
