What do you use if your site has a forum as well? I know there's buddypress but I like the functionality and feel of vbulletin or xenforo. What's the best strategy for bridges/logins/software choices? Brand new site, I want to get this right from the ground up.
I am using simple-press. It's super advanced... a fully functional forum, unlike bbpress. It also integrates with buddypress - & it's free. They really could sell it, but they don't.
The simple press is not free anymore. Yes the basic script is freeware but it useless without special plugins which are available in the paid member area only.
