Best software/tool for building iOS/Android apps from Wordpress?

Hello folks,

I'm looking for software which creates mobile apps for iOS and Android based on a Wordpress website (new app content ass posts via Wordpress).

I found out there are so many tools for this nowadays, not sure which is a good fit.

Requirements I'm looking for:

• Changing app skin/template
  
• Export app store files for iOS and Android (self publishing)
  
• Easy connection with Wordpress for loading (new) content

Any ideas? It is for a hobby project so I'm willing to spend money (30-50/month) but no high fees
