So for FB we do not use cloaker as we have another strategy as mentioned and it does not involve cache, what is cache strategy. any thing any lead or pointers for Google cloakcer from scarch as I am from non IT so it would be better

I haven't tried it myself but this group use it for google ads, they're at the top of every search on their niche, i dont think its something i can discuss on here, but the only pointer i can tell you is that is involves the cache, also their safe page is not related to their money pages, they use amazon links for random products as their safepages while the money page is completely unrelated which is interesting, if on the site, you can flick between safe page and money page using dev tools, somehow they still bypass all reviews!
