beating MY weed addiction.

STEP#4
4.) Start weening yourself off by not smoking in the daytime and only reward yourself at night. This is key to being productive during your day time hours and rewarding yourself a bit at night

This is the key point, at least for me. I smoke almost every day but never in the daytime. And I feel that I'm pretty much in control, never felt addicted. But I guess some addicts think that too? :D

As I mentioned before.. I can't go this route, I must to stay away from it completely.

Update.

2 weeks completely sober from weed. 3rd-week lets go!

Feeling very good and positive about the future.

Some benefits I can already feel from not smoking and running every evening around 4km:
- Now I catch my self just doing stuff before I had to push myself hard to start to do something instead of just browsing around the web.
- Feeling more energetic.
- I remember my dreams again - before I had blackout nights.
- Overall good feeling about my self.

Some positive change in my life - Next week moving to Denmark to work a day job to earn money for my BIG plan - which is e-comm as I believe in this business model and I already had success in it before, now I want to do it on a scale and achieve financial freedom and escape the rat race.
Why Denmark? I have a friend who has a company there and he pays well.

I will leave TikTok as my hobby as I don't want to compete with kids and girls :D :D :D I came to the conclusion that Im also too old for it.

Thanks to everybody for support, lets f#cking get it!

Bro,
i have been there. I was not able to leave weed. I got addicted.
My advice is to Get REAL.. point out all the things you have to do about your life & your family.
You have to prioritize your Loved Ones. That`s all
Thanks and Regards,

Shit I just got a pack of weed after so long. I think I will throw it away, but it smells so gooood. The fight is real. :D

@youveggie Do you think that's because you stopped smoking or because you are running every day?

I regularly smoke 2 joints a day, they do not have a negative impact because after having smoked the first one after lunch I continue to work on my business as if nothing had happened, while the other I smoke it before bed.
In reality it would be 1 joint because I share them both with my partner. I'm going to quit for a few months, because now it has no effect on me, and I feel compelled to increase the doses (which I don't want to do)
It also starts to cost a lot here, and many times the quality is not the best.

I think it is a combination of both - a chain reaction, because I can't imagine myself smoking weed and running, I would be too lazy to do it.
..But running probably plays the biggest role in this - I take only 1 day off in a week from it.

Bro! I don't know if that is the best thing to do after not smoking for a long time, you will have to start from day 1 again - that's a mindset I have right now - I don't want to start from day 1 again. Everything you fought for will be destroyed.
Maybe don't throw it away, because why would you - but instead give it to a friend or sell it!

You're 1 of those. Great!
If you feel it is not doing any harm in your daily life good for you :)

Not selling it lol. I don't wanna get caught for peanuts. Throwing away is the best option. :p

yea, that sounds like the best thing to do - flush it down the toilet :D

Yes, however, I realize that it does not affect what I do on the computer, but if I have to close a telephone sale, it makes me much more confused. This is why I try to regulate my life so that everything fits together.

Also I am for relaxation, so I try to use the right doses so as not to be too high :)

When I find myself smoking more than 7 days in a row I stop myself for a month. (I usually smoke 1/2 per night max)

Never found it difficult, the difficult part is not missing it lol.
And best way to stop smoking is to have nothing at home (for me it works)
And really be strong when drunk and saying “Ohhh, it’s alright, I can buy to smoke one for tonight” once you got it home you have to finish it, you know the drill !

exactly, I can't have it, I must to stay away completely, I don't want to go back to it as I really want to quit. I smoked my kg's :D :D

Be careful with that shit. I used to smoke daily for years and it fucked me up, and most of my friendships as well.

It ended up making me paranoid all the time, thinking that people were complotting against me and shit. That's some crazy dangerous stuff. When I realised that smoking weed brings absolutely nothing to the table at all, I quit. Easy as that. Reading Allen Carr's book on quitting smoking helps you understand the right mindset.

I don't consume fire. And I don't consume smoke either.

One of these days I might try making tea out of it.

And I also still grow marijuana plants as a hobby. I give the weed away to friends who experience the positive vibe from the herbs.

I totally can relate to this and that really is some crazy scary shit.
I gave up cigs like 6 months ago I switched to vape, but now I rarely vape, only when I'm like very fuking bored, I hope that I will stop that too.

MJ tea, hmm. I used to grow my own plants too, I remember making the tea just from the leaves, it was pretty good.

That's a nice hobby you have there.

Nice to see that other people have experienced the same thing. Lately I've been wondering that those effects are also caused by smoking weed, instead of eating or drinking it. I'll find out when I make the tea, maybe I'll go to outer space but at least it's worth it to find out.

I recommend you stop vaping fam. Consuming any kind of smoke is not good for your health.;)

Growing weed is great. Can make you some extra bucks, if you dare to dive into that pool. I don't for one.

My best friend never smoke but now he died. My cousin quite enough exercise and he gone now. So.. I can't tell you anything. And i still smoke and drink coffee at least 1 pack, 2 glasses coffee each days. Do what you want to do. But don't Dancing On Someone’s Death :)
