congrats on your success on quitting weed.Keep going dude. you're doing amazingly well. I smoked for ten years and now I've been sober for 2 and a half years and the benefits just keep on rolling in.
Even know I find myself getting back in touch with different things more deeply, like fitness and relationships and it makes life much more rewardingly.
What I remember most of all in my days as a smoker was that the first j was the peak of my day and every one after wasn't as good; each one making me sluggish and slower chasing the same feeling.
Now sober, my good moods last longer and mean more and I've learned to deal with the inevitable low moods more productively, not just smoking them away.
Life is good, definitely better. Good luck friend.
I totally want to see where this is taking me and hearing from a guy who went through it - it gives me the extra push and drive, thanks!
yes I'm am working, in a fact that's why I'm not so much here atm.Are you working? If not, get a job. Your time will be limited. Thats how I dealt with it. When I got a job , I had no time to even think about weed. My life was work from 9 to 5, gym after work and home. I only smoked twice at the weekends, before I was smoking all day everyday...
it is going pretty well for me, 3 weeks clean and now on the road to 1 monthhow its going bro?
Thanks.Glad to see you're on the right track and making so much progress! Just a reminder that even if you fall back you can start again and don't have to beat yourself over it and give up altogether. I can't tell you how many times I've started working on something and failed to make that a habit, but still saw it as a work in progress and picked it up again.
Good luck on your journey!![]()
