(Asking For Help) Interior Designer Struguling To Sell My Services

Hello I've been here for a while side hustling some of the methods in the forum to make some extra cash.
Now i reached i point in my life where I have qualitiies and qualification to work on somthing that im good at but i strugle to find customers
I have some expirience with Facebook ads so I tried to send traffic from there to my website so I can start getting some customers but it simply doesnt convert.
I tried posting on Upwork and Fivver but people over there are looking for cheap price and not carring a lot about quality (from my point of view)
So my question is what do you guys think is the best way to promote that kind of service ?

This type of work is for google ads.
Facebook ads is dying for the last 2 years (personal experience), would not really advice, it works well for product resells, but quality service provides in your business all advertise on instagram and google, im sure of that, because one of my friend has a company close to your interest.

You should invest in local SEO to rank your site.
Meanwhile, spend on Google ads to target your potential customers right when they are looking for your service.
