What product/service would you say is most effective with FB ads? Is there one sector that is dominating?

Q1: For print on demand products ( niche specific), should i go like on a bigger audience and narrow it down as it goes?
Q2: For the ad should i make a video?
Q3: Should i advertise with some influencers as my pixel will grow and after that, i can go to facebook?
Q4: Should i go with engagement post and then conversion? or directly with conversion?
Q5 If i would go with facebook ads what is the best way to do it? Make a video ad with just the winning product and retarget with a carousel ad? or make a video ad with all the products?

Low-cost eCommerce ($10-$20) products targeted at women.
1. Start broad with your demographics (age/gender) and narrow down as you gather dats
2. You don't need to. But it is worth testing. For eCommerce best performers are usually carousel, video, and single images
3. Yes. Influencers can be a quick way to get an initial spike in traffic/sales. Don't overpay for big influencers though, check their engagemment first and foremost.
4. Use engagement to find your best performing creative. Then convert to Conversion. The only time you can go right to Conversion is if you have a lot of purchase data/Pixel history already.
5. No reason to limit certain ad formats to specific campaigns. Test everything. Make each product an individual ad and find your winner.
6. Courses and learning on your own. Nothing beats trying it yourself.
7. I use Facebook's built-in slideshow videos... Works surprisingly well.

Use the Audience Insights tool to see if the competitor is available there. The tool will also give you related interests that you might be able to target
Change the audience. Ad sets = where you control audience, demographics, placement, etc. This is where you will see the most improvement in performance. People that obsess over small changes in the ad (pictures/copy) see little results.

Do you recimmend increasing the original ad budget by 20% every 1-2 days?

As another member said Facebook doesn't like when you call out people specifically with words like 'you'.
Dupe and double budget works for <$100. After that you will have to go slower, 20% increments is usually fine. Duping several times with same budget (horizontal scaling) has never worked for me

Don't use the Brand Awareness objective. Ideally use Conversion but Traffic can work too. Target your local zip codes and leave the demographic/interests completely open. Called 'carpet bomb' technique.

We often see in videos people use the "AND" attribute when choosing interests and put the "engaged shoppers" segment in their campaigns. Are there any other similar interest that could prequalify customers?

Engaged shopped Interest is a myth perpetuated by dropshipping gurus that have never run a campaign. It doesn't work. You should be setting up ad sets with 1 interest each in them when you are first starting out.
