I would need more info on the site you were sending traffic to and the copy. Make-money-online as a niche is massive on Facebook and there's no reason you can't run it unless you're being really spammy with your copy/LP.

What did you get banned for?
Never used interest freak and wouldn't recommend any paid tool for interests. Use the Audience Insights tool that's built in.
Don't have any data on 'most converting words'... it varies for every business.
I would go with cheap/medium ticket items. Lower risk and investment required.
Food product = short videos like the kinds Buzzfeed and Tasty make. I have a client in the Baking niche that does amazingly with these.
Game pages like that are unlikely to be allowed to run through FB ads.
It can be if you have a large audience on your page. However in 90% of cases I recommend just creating a campaign from scratch.

apparently i violated their ad policy i have no idea which one , i suspect that an image of my ad copy that had a woman facing the screen smiling could have been the trigger since all other ad copies got approved but it was still pending i ended up deleting it but then a few minutes later my account got banned.
I have an ingredient product that's needed to bake etc...should i put it next to the hands making cookies for example or maybe in the end/start? Target 30-50 women US anything else to narrow?
Also highlights, memes and such are not allowed? I think i have seen it before. I don't do scams.

Was this your own personal ad account? Had you run ads on it previously?
Target women but leave your age ranges open... Don't assume that. Use the Audience Insights tool to find Interest targets related to your target audience.
Also, sorry I misunderstood on the gaming ads. Yes this is possible, the strategy is the same. Use Audience Insights tool to find gaming Interests to target and split test 5-10 ads at a time on Engagement campaigns.
PPE > Retargeting is good way to start if you don't have existing data. But you should have retargeting campaigns in place before you start anything. Retargeting should be your primary focus when just starting, because you will never get cold traffic if you can't get that right.

Yes it was i had run a fair deal of campaigns ad spend was around $500 total of around 8 ads run

Small biz marketing software interests would be a good place to start... HubSpot, HootSuite, etc.

Learn by doing... Ideally learning on an established business that has traffic outside of paid advertising
