Are these terms any good for micro niche sites?

Hey.
I was using the Adwords tool and chucked in a few terms based on how often people think about it.
Out of the five that I put in, two had LOW COMPETITION, roughly four MILLION global searches, over a million LOCAL searches and a CPC of $6.00

So my question is: are the two words that had the given characteristics any good for a micro niche site?

Did you check the exact search option on the left side? Imo you are searching broad terms.

Are you sure you tick the "exact" checkbox? The competition meant for adwords only not in ranking in google.
