You open Google Analytics and see hundreds of organic visits from Google everyday but 0.00s per session. Is this how organic traffic from Google look like nowadays. If not, what could be happening? Is anyone experiencing same?

0 second sessions do not always mean the traffic is from bots. It could be an analytics tracking issue, users leaving immediatel or something not being measured correctly.
I would first check GA4 setup then compare it with search console data and look at server logs before assuming the traffic is not real.
