Does anyone know of a site that has the source codes of apps or even free templates? I'm trying to basically "innovate" these apps and resell them.

search in google for NULLED source codes for android, you will get a huge lists and forums, but before use, scan them for malicious codes...

I think if you hire one programmer and you make them with polymer then give different visual aspects is a matter of seconds.
