Hi everyone,

I'm thinking about making an app that allows you to trade app installs and ratings.

It would give you 1 point for each day you kept an app installed and 4/5 points for leaving 4/5 star rating.

You could then add your own apps to the listing and lose points for having others keep them installed for a set amount of days (if they keep them longer they no longer get points).

Also payment options both ways (get Paid or pay for points).

What is everyone's opinions, who would use it, etc?

Good idea in theory, but it would be incredibly easy for the app store to crack down and penalize the apps that use it.

No. It will not be on google play. I will use a different store to distribute.

Also it could only show you 10 apps to download at a time until you download at least 5 of them.

One thing I wonder is if the "view downloaded and installed apps" permissions work if it's not downloaded from Google play? hmm. Will need to check.

It exists already - look for app exchange review on google
Google removed it from the play store a few months ago

App store would reject your app, and it may have some negative impact on your developer account. Be careful buddy.

basically an addmefast for apps, i think it already exists best of luck though

You're all miss understanding, it wouldn't be on Google play store. It would be on one of the others. But it would be to GET you ratings and app downloads for your Google play app, but instead of just installing and uninstalling your app it would give points for days installed.

I'll look at the other apps mentioned, but fairly sure they all only care about you downloading it, not how long you keep it installed.

OK, tried it, and all the other sites and apps I could find. It was very buggy, also only had 10 apps to download, when I cancelled 7 it didn't give me more options.

Also non count how many installed days and give you credits for that. In a way a download and instant uninstall is worse than no install as it harms your score.

Exchange to get app ratings is a time-consuming work, I would like to buy.
Cost money, Save time.
