Anything can be done after FB disables your account?

Hey, sorry to hear about your FB account issue Facebook’s policy on spam and ad content is extremely strict now, especially for affiliate links or gray areas like dating, sweepstakes, etc.

If you’re looking for an alternative that’s more flexible, I’d recommend trying PropellerAds. It’s beginner-friendly, accepts most verticals, and doesn’t have the same strict content restrictions as Facebook.

Why PropellerAds could work for you:
- Accepts CPA offers (like GGAgency or smartlinks)
- Great for push ads, pop traffic, and interstitials
- Fast approval and easy campaign setup
- You can test Tier 2/3 GEOs for cheap traffic and still get conversions

I've had success running dating offers on Propeller + GGAgency using a solid prelander and basic tracker. If you set it up right, you can get conversions even on a small budget.
Kindly reach out to me if you're interested.

Since you can't appeal, download your info and create a new account. For the disabled account, follow verification steps and comply with Community Standards.

Hello everyone, I had an account that was over 4 years old where I managed pages and groups with a large number of followers/members. I regularly posted in multiple groups (not spamming) until recently I suddenly received a notification that my account might have been hacked. After confirming it was me, the account was automatically verified, but then it was disabled an hour later. Now I'm stuck with this message:

"We disabled your account. We reviewed your account and found that it still doesn't follow our Community Standards on spam. You cannot request another review of this decision. To learn more about the reasons we disable accounts, visit the Community Standards."

Is there anything I can do after my account was disabled? I have the option only to download my information. I researched online and found some people saying you can submit an appeal, but this option seems to be available only in EU countries, which is not an option for me. While I know I can create another account, I'm hoping for a solution.

On the same note, I have another account that was disabled last week. Besides asking for a picture for confirmation, are there any tricks that you recommend would work in 2024?

Thanks in advance!

Just move on, Meta's been brutal with account bans lately, even for legit activity

Accounts disabled for spam policy violations and no longer have an appeal option unless you're in the EU or contact business support.

This is quite common lately.
If the appeal button is gone, it’s nearly impossible to recover - unless you chat with support and ask them to submit an internal appeal (sometimes it works).
Best to start a new account and avoid posting in too many groups at once.

Since you're unable to request another review and the appeal process isn’t available in your region, your best option is to download your information and create a new account. For the disabled account, follow the verification steps carefully and ensure full compliance with Facebook’s Community Standards.

I don't think complaining is very useful. I have also encountered various problems on FB and reported complaints, but my account is still banned or even hacked. Create a new account now

Unfortunately, if you've asked friends, contacted Facebook's help center without getting a response, and tried various online solutions, recovery may not be possible at this point.

Your 4-year-old account was disabled for alleged spam after a security check, with no further appeals allowed except data download; unfortunately, outside the EU, options are very limited, and creating a new account is often the only solution—there’s no guaranteed trick to bypass this in 2024.

the best way is to use the option provided to download the information and create a new account. you can check your email from fb, reread fb community standards, submit a complaint request and wait for a response,

The best solution is to hire appeal experts, the success rate will be higher.

Unfortunately, if Facebook says you can't request another review, recovery is nearly impossible. But for creating new accounts, using clean residential proxies and anti-detect tools can really improve your chances.

If there is only a download data button, then you really need to drop that 4-year account. Sorry for this
Preparing enough backup for the business account is necessary, if there is not enough information then all the efforts to build will be deleted

Tough break, man  FB’s getting ruthless lately. Unless you’re in the EU, appeals are dead ends. Might be time for a fresh setup + warmup plan :anyway:

send a support request, they will help you avoid many current problems, you provide your images and articles before them, and just follow their request and you are done

Check your email from Facebook, review the Community Standards, and submit an appeal with ID if needed. If there's no response for a while, try contacting Facebook support directly.

As the Meta notice says: "You cannot request another review of this decision". There is nothing else you can do to change this.

Even if you don't mean to spam, posting too often will accidentally cause FB to recognize it as spam and block you.

It can be difficult when appeals, you should use another account while waiting for fb
