Anything can be done after FB disables your account?

Hello everyone, I had an account that was over 4 years old where I managed pages and groups with a large number of followers/members. I regularly posted in multiple groups (not spamming) until recently I suddenly received a notification that my account might have been hacked. After confirming it was me, the account was automatically verified, but then it was disabled an hour later. Now I'm stuck with this message:

"We disabled your account. We reviewed your account and found that it still doesn't follow our Community Standards on spam. You cannot request another review of this decision. To learn more about the reasons we disable accounts, visit the Community Standards."

Is there anything I can do after my account was disabled? I have the option only to download my information. I researched online and found some people saying you can submit an appeal, but this option seems to be available only in EU countries, which is not an option for me. While I know I can create another account, I'm hoping for a solution.

On the same note, I have another account that was disabled last week. Besides asking for a picture for confirmation, are there any tricks that you recommend would work in 2024?

Dispute it, they did it to me and had me take a selfie and send it in. Not sure the reason why they disabled yours but mine was restored after a couple of days.
 
Since you can't request another review and the appeal process isn't available in your region, your best bet is to use the provided option to download your information and create a new account. For the other account that was disabled, following the verification steps and ensuring compliance with Community Standards is crucial.
 
You can check emails from fb, re-read fb's community standards, submit a complaint request and wait for a response, provide verification documents, if you do not receive a response after a long time or encounter If you have difficulty making a complaint, you can try contacting fb's customer support team
 
Please send an appeal to Facebook if your account can "request reconsideration". Use official personal documents. This process only takes 2-5 minutes and results will be immediate. good luck
 
Usually, you can appeal these things. If that's not an option, besides any provided method of recovery, you can inquire with their support team what else can be done to get the account back.
 
Provide information to complain about the account, it can be email, phone number, paper,... but not all accounts are capable of making complaints.
 
I don't think you would be able to recover it. Just move on
 
This is why i always prepare and keep all the information in case my account has some problems. To your problem, i think you can create a new one in the meantime so your business won't be interrupted so much. Or you can rent account from a reliable agency.

They also requested a selfie, but the account was disabled despite that. These accounts are used solely for business purposes, so they either have no profile picture or use random profile pictures. I'm seeking a recovery solution for such situations.

Well the problem here is that once your account is disabled, there's no way to contact them—no email, no phone number. In the US, some have suggested contacting the Attorney General might help, but that's not applicable to us.

You should have been provided an email by Facebook regarding your account getting disabled. Usually you can see if it can also be appealed or not from there so you can contact them through the details of that email. Check it out if you can. If it's not appealable, then you're right shafted. Might need to seriously consider starting anew.
 
I think you should schedule an appointment with the meta team to support you directly over the phone to get the best support
 
Might wanna try their live chat at https://www.facebook.com/business/help. Mind you, its not available to everyone.
Apart from that and trying to email the support which they're bad at replying, I don't really see a way.
You might wanna get a new account either way.

Continuously appealing is the only way, that I know of
 
This is the first time I've seen this in your case
If your Facebook account has been disabled, a message indicating that the account has been disabled will be displayed when you try to log in.
If you don't see a disabled message when you try to sign in, you may be experiencing other sign-in issues. Learn how to resolve login issues.
What you can do if you think your account has been disabled by mistake Accounts that violate the Community Code or Terms of Service may be temporarily restricted.
If your Facebook account has been temporarily restricted, you will be notified by email and when you access your account using the app or web browser.
FB will also inform you if you are eligible to file a complaint against the temporary restriction if you believe they have misjudged you.

Now check all your campaigns and re-read the rules to see where you have violated them. If you think you are right, contact support will help you a lot.
