In case you feel that you have not violated any community standards, there are still possibilities that you did not foresee, such as posting, commenting, interacting too often in a short period of time. There are words and images that are misleading and violate the policy. Because the AI system of Meta/Facebook scans accounts, sometimes it is also confused.
Therefore, a scientific appeal is necessary.
Wait a few days without results, then you can create a new Facebook page, or create it immediately so that your work is not interrupted.

Same thing happened to one of my old accounts no warning just instant disable Sadly if the appeal options gone recovery is almost impossible outside the EU Best bet is to start fresh with a clean setup and avoid the same patterns
