you all are scammers there is no support for jr vip members here so now i will not ask you guys any thing . Here is no rules for the worker only you support for buyers because you want to increase your business.In this case if i not reply in 3 days you guys will suspend my account but other guy not replying from last 3 weeks so you are keep waiting and still waiting this is show big difference .If you want to ban me you can banned me i will not use this shity forum again because i couldn't get any support from forum owner too . Good bye and keep my jrvip membership money too .

There are rules for the worker as you put it; Deliver what a buyer is promised or refund - simple.

You messed around for almost a month and you expect what? Sympathy? Laughable.

Yeah, but you dragged your heels for weeks so that your customer had to open a shit list. The point is that if you had handled it sensibly before then, there would have been no need for a shit list and you wouldn't be in this situation.

Especially when it comes to Amazon reviews, a very sensitive work, where you can get your Amazon account banned, lose your products rankings, get your products removed, lose lots of money or anything like this, you want someone RELIABLE to do the work, who actually cares about your product and amazon account.

Maybe OP is lucky the seller didn't deliver. Who knows what he would "deliver" with this kinda attitude and business mentality.
 
The buyer should have been the bigger person here and at least confirmed that they got the refund. Two wrongs don't make a right!

I was in fact worried about someone opening an SL, and then disappearing to destroy a seller's business.
So this reply to @soa0611 provides a bit of reassurance to sellers:

It won't become common practice at all, any seller who is on their first SL and as an example is willing to prove a refund has been processed, that will be sufficient.

Sellers have their own pain. We are not in white hat world to provide a report either if succeeds or failure. Algorithms are changing now and then making it difficult for sellers to guarantee the work. So easier said than done.. Personally, after some work I did, one of my client claimed the money through PayPal and I was in a loss. Since it is outside BHW, can't raise it in any forums. Think from others perspective as well without mocking..

It's not acceptable to offer a service, not provide it and then ignore your client/customer.

If you think that is acceptable behaviour then I suggest you stop selling. If you are unable to provide a service for whatever reason then don't take someone's cash in the first instance.

@kickthat write most of the things i wanted to say.

ppl that buying this services are well aware that they are blackhat and hard to be done. If you try and explain your issues the chance of solving the problem is HUGE.
For example, i faild to deliver on time to my last customer since i got BSOD’d and lost all the data, but i was lucky enough to send the disk to data retrival process and it was successful. I explained this to my customer even tho i was one week late, everything went fine.

but our friend here decided to ignor and ignor... PLEASE... i dont know whats the reason for that, even if his PC died for example, i bet he has his phone on hand but decided to proceed ignoring.

@MisterF does our ignorant seller here has his BST cause i couldnt find it. Seems like he bought JR and trying to ripoff ppl that were posting in HAF not even trying to go bigger scale with BST
 
I will mark this as resolved, even though the buyer has not confirmed this despite being on here once after you said you had sent the refund.

Point to consider: Seller made the post which resulted in an infarction for him after reading the above post. And after it was specifically pointed out to him by @Heiko, just in case he missed it.

Take this as a lesson and it will help you in future because customer support is a must while selling anything.
Don't become emotional, nobody cares if you use this forum or not. What is over , is over. Move on to your business. Mods here don't give a damn about your Jr. VIp money. I hope now you will provide premium support to your customers as you expect from forum owners/moderators. We all do mistakes, we must learn from past mistakes. No hard feelings.

To pursue this Shit List, I will need:

1) Proof that the trade began on BHW.

2) Details of the amount and payment screenshot.

3) Proof that you have made reasonable attempts at contacting the seller to resolve this.
