I'm focused only on content and good onsite SEO to rank this site. I'm thinking of link building sometime in the near future. I'd like to get it sitting at a solid 30 on Google first. I literally am learning onsite SEO as I go.

Ah I see. I actually like that to be honest.. I would recommend to go only for quality links.. I am not by any means a SEO expert, but better safe than sorry. Your content is good I think, since you get nice hits, so its not worth the risk in the long run.. just take it slow and steady

For a new site with only 36 articles, it's nice average earning (6-month-old site). You're on the right track

Great journey you have here. Just read all of it.
Don't look so much at the average keyword position though. It can't give you a real perspective if you are constantly adding content because more and more keywords are appearing which are not ranking well but that doesn't concern you because you didn't target them.
So I would advise you to only look at a handful of keyword that you are specifically targeting

Definitely not my area of expertise. I would think that you'd have to post and cross port on several platforms several times a day.
You can try looking at Amazon Best Sellers.
I would check the Social Media threads for that kind of help. I have no expertise in that at all.

It's been quite A While since I Updated You guys on this site:
The holiday season was busy busy busy. How was yours??
I managed to get 1 more article posted on the site in November and that was about it for the rest of the year.
So there are now a total of 37 or 38 articles on the site. Not really many when I think about it.
Here are the Stats:
AVG Position: 37.3
Total Impressions: 32.6
Total Clicks: 887
AVG CTR: 2.6
Earnings:
Oct 2019: $42.19
Nov 2019: $66.39
Dec 2019: $90.09
Jan 2020: $96.44
So all in all not bad, it's picking up a good bit on it's own.
I just need to get off my ass and add more content to it to get it to the $250 goal I have
set for this site.
Its picking up back links naturally.
Things I need to do:
make social media accounts on IG, YT and Tumbler
add about 50 more articles over the next few months.

I am kicking myself bigtime right now.
for those that don't know, I was in hospital Feb and most of March. I'm back home and getting ready to sale up
again to work on this site and 2 others.
So the site is maintaining its income plus increasing a bit to just over $100 per month.
Amazon is the only monetization currently.
I have more articles to post to the site so will be working on that the rest of the week/weekend.
The site gets a steady 20 hits per day now and users are hitting the Amazon links t the tune of 2-8 per day. I am
really grateful for that. I know 20 hits a day doesn't sound like much (to me at least) but the fact that they are
converting the way they are is just awesome as far as I am concerned.
It has picked up a couple of back links naturally. None purchased as of yet.
It's sitting at an average of 30 in google console and shows up in searches in the top 3 most of the time for the terms
I'm targeting. Usually just below Amazon itself and the manufacturer, so that feels really good to me.
I have 23 Review Snippets - I'm amazed.
Anyway, back to work to see if I can push this baby up to $250 a month by my birthday in May. <<< yes, I know, hella
ambitious but got to have a goal right?
How am I going to do it:
the plan: double my content on the site so that I'll have somewhere around 75 articles. Include about 10 more VS articles to help kick the rankings up a bit.
Purchase a back link package from the most reputable seller on BHW sice I promised myself I would when I got into the 30's in
ranking.
Work my ass off to get articles I current;y have but have not posted up on the site, and order the remaining I'll
need from @blackbeans to keep hitting those high spots.
