2. You get more sub-backlinks to the main-backlink itself.

What's the third extension? I don't think the domain extension plays a big role. But .com is more likely to rank better and faster than any other domain ext

You can start building links according to your niche. If your niche is highly competitive, then it will take time for sure.

Also put in mind that some niche doesn't bring clients through SEO.
