Am I the only one who is falling in serp?

Am I the only one, who is drowning in the serp, and falling down day by day, position to position?
I have no idea about whats happening. I am having my pbn-s right, anchor text ok, onsite good, no ads, "overoptimization" solved, aged domain etc. Created organic bad-ass press release, which got real backlinks to my site, that other sites is my niche couldnt even dream of...

And every time I check my positions Im falling. Slowly, day by day since march, no matter what the hell i do... And crappy new/weak RD30-80 domains are just climbing up and up with shit content/products. Pages that has 2-5 backlinks are sitting on the top.

Not relevant for sure, but I am on the top of Bing and Yahoo for almost every keyword I could imagine, while googe serp is falling to second and third page.

What did I miss?
I am literally making no reasonable money since 3 months and getting tired of this.

I was learning seo for 3-4 months and im on pages 1-2 on easy-med (IMO) kws but im not sattisfied yet, I hope it climbs.

Maybe its domain/backlinks age? And backlinks diversity?

Im killing the web with bringing humongous amounts of link juice to my MS. Thats basically what you have to do to reach page 1. However im starting to think maybe your link diversity has to be perfect and it has to stay in that position for months to get #1 on more serious kws? Sure im #1 on some very easy kws but that doesnt count.

however, i had to mask all my meta desc and meta titles along with url structure. my niche is 100% bannable so i gave up on all the benefit from exact match in meta/url, which is big.

On my second site (week old) its already #18 without backlinks on easy kws because of exact match.

I have been on #1, #2 for everything I wanted in 2016.
Then new year came, got sloppy, falled back to #4-5-6, and now this shit.
In the last 3 month I have built about 70 real cool backlink. The domain is way more powerful than others.

I have been studying my whole niche through ahrefs, and I cant find anything in common in the first rankings for a main keyword:

#1 - RD88 - The whole site is a Duplicate. (man runs two ecommerce store, on different domains, with same everything)
#2 - RD340 - 10% brand anchor, 10% url, 30% Partial match, 50% exact match, the exact ranking page has no backlink
#3 - Same as above, with different page
#4 - RD1350 - blasting his site every day with GSA
#5 - RD5, 1 year old domain, with no onsite (climbing up for every keyword.. no hidden pbn)
#6 - RD240 - me, the ranking page having 40 backlink with great diversify.
#7 - The other pair of the #1 ranking duplicate site

How this can happen?

Rankings also getting hammered on one of my sites went from mid 40s average across all KW to 70+ now after using edu and profile links. Was sitting on page 2 for many KW.

In search console, there is no manual action.
In cctld, less known language, there is no one giving a fck about manual reports. I have checked this on some of my test sites.
(The site is violated about everything that google cares about)
Reported myself from 5 different accounts every day for a a week...
Then absolutely nothing.

Try to report your website for hate speech against minorities...

However, I just wrote in another thread that I have done some research recently and compared a bunch of sites on G and I didn't find any common denominator.

I think G has started to favorize BIG sites with a lot of information and products with the goal to squeeze out smaller sites and make them have to use adwords.

With the new implementations it seems like G want to change itself into some kind of gigantic wikipedia and most small business simply doesn't fit in that model.

same here, bing yahoo on top, google falling more and more, keywords dance every day for months.. researched and english native written posts with 1500 words or more that were stable for 7-8 months drop from position 12-13 to page 8-9 without any reason i can think or find.. authority sites are very hard to outrank they rank all posts they publish with 0 links to that page. also many weak sites rank better and spammy sites i dont know how. it looks much harder to rank these days.. i tried guest posts, paid links on good sites but effect is for 2 days then keywords drop again.. tried 301 some posts to new urls improved content and add more words.. nothing help. i will just leave site as it is i cant analyse anymore wtf is wrong, and situation is not much better on other sites aswell..

Same here.

No rhyme or reason, just favouring the huge sites over the smaller sites for me.

Google, as every business should, is after maximising shareholder value and one way of doing that is to make everyone pay to play.

Feck around the serp results, introduce massive uncertainty into ranking from hour to hour which introduces issues in sales forecasting...... and then invite people to pay for stability via paid ads.

Paranoid sh*t? Maybe, but it's my 2 cents ;-)

I am here too. Loosing all keyword ranking from 8th March.
Day by day my all keyword going over 100.
Idiot google ranking archive.org 2 line(deleted website post ranking) article under 80 but I am not in 150.
It is very hard to believe but this shit is happening.
