I never use fresh accounts. The last I used fresh account was in 2017 aka The glory days of Instagram organic growth. And got 2/3 accounts banned.
From what I hear (this is not a personal experience) fresh accounts have a limit of 40/day

for how many years i am using instagram they never block me , so seems problems with ur posts or with ur info , they will not do it somehow ... so check it will before create new profile there.
