Always get banned from instagram

I use a new account, I do not use bots, I do everything manually. But, Instagram always frustrates me by blocking my account every day.
Can someone help me?
are there any alternatives besides instagram ?? like snapchat / tiktok / tagged ?????

I never use fresh accounts. The last I used fresh account was in 2017 aka The glory days of Instagram organic growth. And got 2/3 accounts banned.
From what I hear (this is not a personal experience) fresh accounts have a limit of 40/day
