I just tried the Instazood trial. It was pretty good. Worth a shot before it gets shut down (if it gets shut down).

I chose very niche accounts and hashtags so these results are pretty good for my purpose.
Coverage: 2374 Followers: 58 Average CTR: 2.4%
Follows: 2 Likes: 2080 Comments: 292 Unfollows: 0 Skipped: 3331

Instazood is amazing, just like instagress but you have the option to setup your DM and do comments as well.
